Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Buckeye Lawn and Landscaping is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Foreman! This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to work for a unique and growing company. Must have a good attitude, and a willingness to learn. Previous relevant experience a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Must have ability to maintain a strong working relationship with customers in order to retain their business.  

 

Requirements:

 

  • One year of field experience

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to follow directions and delegate to a mid-size to large crew

  • Thorough understanding of pruning techniques and proper bed edging

  • Ability to lay mulch and/or use an automated mulch blower

  • Ability to use equipment such as skid steer, mini-x, hydro seeder, aerator, slice seeder, sod cutter, edger, chainsaw, lifts, Harley rake and rock hound, and gas powered hand equipment

  • Safety-minded

  • Dependable

  • Reliable transportation

  • Clean driving record

  • Some positions require an insurable driving record and valid driver's license

 

Tree-climbing and hardscape installation experience a plus! 

 

Compensation based on experience.
